Application Instructions

Apply the Charmeuse Highlight/Base from The Evening Duo using the Contour Brush, to the entire eyelid from the lashes to the brow bone creating a smooth canvas.

Step 1
Use the Eye Liner Brush to apply Carbon Definer from The Evening Duo along the lash line creating a well-defined line extending to the outer corners of the eye. then with the Emphasizer Brush, smduge the line cereating an optional smoky effect.
