Track Orders Order Process Time We process and ship orders on business days only (Monday through Friday), excluding major holidays. Any orders placed by 3pm EST will be processed and shipped the following day. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped two business days from the date of order. Once orders are submitted they cannot be modified. Order Confirmation and Tracking Packages After your order is placed, we will send a confirmation email with a reference number to track your package and its expected date of delivery. Shipment Tracking You can track the status of your order by clicking here. Enter the 12-digit Reference Code (it begins with CH + 10-digit number) received in the order confirmation email, as the shipment reference.
