US Shipping and Handling Information offers FREE FedEx Shipping on orders of $50+. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once FedEx has retrieved packages from our warehouse, delivery will generally occur within 5-7 business days. 

FedEx 2nd Day Air delivery is available for an additional charge and orders with this shipping method will be processed within 1 business day*. Once your order is picked up from our warehouse, packages with expedited delivery should arrive within 2 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Please note that if you place an order on Friday, it likely will not ship out until Monday.

It is possible for any shipment to be subject to delays while in transit.

Delivery to a PO Box will cause a delay in delivery – delivery to these addresses are sent via FedEx Smartpost which is currently taking 14-21 days.   

Please make sure to provide accurate shipping address information to prevent any delays or mis-delivery issues. We are not responsible should you enter any incorrect or inaccurate destination data in your order. We are sorry, but we are not responsible for orders or items lost in transit, damaged or for shipping delays by the carrier.

The option to add a signature on delivery is available at checkout for any order.  We do not add this automatically and is solely at the discretion of the customer.

Canadian Shipping and Handling Information

Please note does not accept returns/exchanges for cross border Canadian orders. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at offers FREE FedEx International Ground Delivery Shipping and duties on orders $240 CAD or more.

Shipping Destination 

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

We are unable to ship to international destinations, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, hotel addresses, and APO/FPO addresses. is not responsible for any issue with an order sent to a freight forwarding company / 3rd party shipper.  This includes damage to items, missing items, defects or material difference.  Please contact the freight forwarding/3rd party shipper with these concerns.
