Return Policy

We hope that you love our products as much as we do! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase through our website, we are happy to accept products in their original, untouched condition or products that have been gently tested within 30 days for a refund. We cannot accept exchanges at this time. Sets and kits can only be returned in full with all original items included in the set included in the return. Sets returned incompletely will not be issued a refund.

Returns are monitored closely and we reserve the right to refuse to accept and refund orders where we feel our return policy has been violated.

To request a return, please visit our Returns Portal: Chantecaille Return Request. Please note that your P.O. number from your packing slip, not your order number, is the reference number requested for the return process.

Any merchandise being returned must be packed in its original shipping box, with the authorized RMA number received within your Returns Portal Request

Only items purchased on may be accepted for returns and refunds. We will not accept any merchandise purchased from a retailer.

Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled. It must be delivered and returned to obtain a refund.

Once placed, orders cannot be adjusted to change or replace items or colors.

Only the price of the item(s) purchased will be refunded. You may not return or cancel your eGift Card after it is received.

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund and send email confirmation. Due to the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer than usual to process your return.
