We hope that you love our products as much as we do! If you would like to return all of part of your purchase through our website, we are happy to accept products in their original, untouched condition within 30 days for a refund or site credit. Returns that do not meet our policy* will not be accepted and sent back to the customer. We cannot accept exchanges at this time.
*Items returned in non-saleable condition and not eligible for a refund include:
Incomplete Sets / threshold based gift with purchases / bundles
Please note that if you have redeemed a gift with purchase, you are obligated to return the gift along with items to be refunded otherwise your return will not be accepted. We will ship the return shipment back to you and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
Returns are monitored closely and we reserve the right to refuse to accept/ refund orders where we feel our return policy has been violated.
To request a return, you may contact us at email@example.com and we will provide you with a return label if your return meets our policy. Should you prefer to send the return back using your own carrier, please return all items as a tracked delivery to ensure your return is received safely and promptly.
Please inspect all orders immediately upon receipt and do not throw away any packaging materials. We ask for any product concerns to be brought to our attention within 5 days of delivery (including a damaged/broken product, batch code concern, faulty or defective packaging, etc). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or Live Chat with us to report such concerns within the 5 day timeframe.
Any merchandise being returned must be packed in its original shipping box, to ensure your return arrives safely and in the condition it was shipped. If your return arrives in a damaged state, we will not accept it for return and we will ship the package back to you. For this reason we ask you to use our shipper.
Please include the authorized RMA number received within your Returns Portal Request or via email communication with us.
Only items purchased on Chantecaille.com will be accepted for return. We cannot accept any merchandise purchased from a retailer.
Once placed, orders cannot be adjusted or cancelled. This includes adding or subtracting an item and changing shades. To obtain a refund of an order that's been placed, please await delivery of the order and return it back to us for a refund within 30 days.
Chantecaille reserves the right to modify or cancel any orders at our discretion.
Only the purchase price of the returned item(s) will be refunded.
eGift Cards cannot be returned or refunded after it is received.
Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your refund and send email confirmation. If there is any missing information such as an incomplete packing slip, etc this may create additional processing time. Due to the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer than usual to process your return.
Unfortunately, we are only able to issue a refund to the original point of purchase for the order or as a site credit. Please reach out to your bank for more information on how to reroute returned funds to the correct account.
